You'll run the coffee bar in Alma54, our club café, and make it somewhere people want to spend time.
From early morning pre-match flat whites to post-game social drinks, you'll help shape the energy of the club off the court, building connections, remembering names and making every member and guest feel at home.

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and drinks with consistency and care. Maintain presentation standards that reflect the premium feel of Padel54.
Manage daily opening/closing procedures, maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar/coffee area, and ensure the space always looks inviting and on-brand.
Assist during tournaments, socials and club events by managing increased service flow, supporting themed evenings, and contributing to the atmosphere that makes Padel54 different.
Support light retail sales (snacks, drinks, merchandise), maintain visual presentation, and monitor stock levels.
Help people meet each other and feel part of the club.
